Background

Hard to grow cell line even on tissue culture plastic. Partner was unable to find any other in vitro system to grow this cell line.

• 1 prostate cancer cell line H660
• Goal: Proliferation

ECM QGel Design

• Multiple QGel 3D Matrices screened to identify best synthetic ECM and culture conditions

Result

• Proliferation of cell line H660 was driven by MMP-sensitive QGel ECMs

 

Data – Results

Proliferation measured by metabolic activity over 36 days

Results:

For this cell line, proliferation was driven by MMP-sensitive QGel ECMs
